10 ounces broccoli, chopped
8 ounces sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Place broccoli in microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely, and cook until hot and tender, about 3 minutes. Uncover and add remaining ingredients to bowl. Cover again, and microwave just until cheeses are melted, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Stir until smooth.
Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
