4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
15 Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon mirin (rice vinegar)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add garlic and sauté garlic for a couple of minutes until garlic becomes soft. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté for 15 to 20 minutes until they begin to brown and caramelize. Reduce heat to low; add mirin, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Combine and serve.
