Sauté 4 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 seeded minced red chili pepper in a bit of sesame oil for 3-4 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and rice vinegar and 2 cups pre-cooked green beans. Cook 1 minute, stirring.
