1 rutabaga, peeled and cubed
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix rutabaga and garlic together in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange on baking sheet or large oven-proof pan. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Toss with additional olive oil and salt and pepper if needed and serve immediately.
