Avocado Cilantro Soup

In a food processor combine:
8 green onions
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 garlic cloves

Process until finely chopped and then add:
4 ounces pared avocado

Process until smooth and then add:
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim buttermilk
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Process until smooth. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Serves 4.
