The 60-acre McDonald Farm in Naperville is owned by The Conservation Foundation, but two other nonprofit organizations call it home as well and we are all teaming up to kick off your growing season in lush green style.

Possibility Place Nursery and Natural Communities Native Plants have partnered with The Conservation Foundation to bring you a wide variety of beautiful and functional native plants which can be pre-ordered for pickup at the May 7th event. Some species will also be available for walk-up purchase on May 7th, but the variety and quantity is not guaranteed so pre-orders are encouraged!
