1 frozen peeled banana
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree*
1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/3 cup water
Cut up the frozen banana. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
Variation: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
