“Kids Corner” Harry Potters Pumpkin Milkshake

Kids can make this healthy treat with minimal help. Thanks to Kim Elrick, Illinois Benedictine University Dietetic Intern, for sharing this recipe!

1 frozen peeled banana
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree*
1 scoop vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/3 cup water

Cut up the frozen banana. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.

Variation: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Serves 2.
