Make this sauce as a dip for raw vegetable platters. Tender crisp steamed broccoli is especially good served this way.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Add enough crushed garlic cloves to get a good, but not overpowering garlic taste, that suits your palate.
Makes about 1 cup sauce.
