Carrots Radishes And Asian Greens W Avocado Dressing

1/4 cup avocado, pitted
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 cups mixed Asian greens (mizuna, tatsoi, bok choy, komatsuna)
2 radishes, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
In a food processor, process the avocado, buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth. Mix greens, radishes and carrots in a serving bowl and drizzle with dressing just before serving.
Serves 4.
