Bald Eagle Watch Weekend at Starved Rock State Park

Come chat with staff of The Conservation Foundation and enjoy prime eagle watching at Eagle Watch Weekend 2018, Saturday January 27th and Sunday January 28th, 2017.  Each winter bald eagles gather along the Illinois River, and Starved Rock State Park, one of the true natural jewels of Illinois, is a stunning place to view them.  Enjoy a fascinating raptor show, displays from natural resources vendors and organizations (including The Conservation Foundation), hikes, trolley tours, interpretive programs and much more throughout Starved Rock State Park and neighboring tourist destinations.

As part of Eagle Watch Weekend, we are offering a touring and birding experience at our Dayton Bluffs Preserve near Ottawa on Saturday, January 27th, 9am to 11am.  The tour is free but only open to the first 25 registrants, so don't wait to sign up!
